Shipping Coverage
Nurtin Trading Co. L.L.C. offers delivery across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery: 1–3 business days from order confirmation
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.
Shipping Fees
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders above AED 200
The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before VAT
Standard Delivery Fee
Orders below AED 200 will be charged a flat delivery fee of AED 15
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details
If an order is:
Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or
Returned due to incomplete or incorrect information
The customer will be responsible for:
Any redelivery charges, or
Deduction of the shipping cost from any refund
Delivery Attempts
Delivery will be attempted up to 3 times
If delivery is unsuccessful:
The order may be returned to our warehouse
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (If Applicable)
COD may be available for select orders within the UAE
Customers must ensure availability to receive the order
If a COD order is:
Rejected at the time of delivery, or
Not accepted after multiple delivery attempts
Repeated rejection or non-acceptance of COD orders may affect eligibility for Cash on Delivery on future orders, and delivery charges may apply.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via SMS or email
Delivery updates are managed by our logistics partners
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
High order volumes
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Nurtin shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Bulk & Business Orders
Free shipping applies to all eligible orders above AED 200, as set out in Section 3, with no exclusions based on order size.
For large recurring or business-to-business orders requiring custom logistics or delivery terms, please contact us directly to arrange a dedicated shipping agreement.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Nurtin reserves the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion
Limit quantities per order
Cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational reasons
